- To provide a reliable and defect-free quality work and service that meets or exceeds client satisfaction as well as to comply with the project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner, while achieving excellence and safety for all personnel, the public and the environment. Quality is herein defined as conforming to the requirements and project specifications.
It is the responsibility of personnel to ensure that the scope of work is executed in a manner consistent with the requirements of Project Documentation (Drawings and Specifications). This assurance is achieved through implementation of the Quality Management System Plan.
The Quality Control Program (QCP) is established to ascertain that all construction activities are performed in complete conformance with the approved construction drawings, relevant project specifications and international standard requirements.
All our company personnel will comply with and support the QCP and all personnel who are directly involved in this project shall be continuously kept informed of contract requirements as work progresses. The authority and responsibility for administering the Quality Control Policy is assigned to the Quality Manager.

| Safety Policy |
- Al-Ula Group Pays every importance to safety performance at all areas of operations to achieve business objectives. Management is committed to take an integrated approach where managing safety forms as a part of the overall business strategy, protection of human resources, properties, environment and the same commitment will be demonstrated by all levels of supervision in the organization.Vigorous efforts will extend prevention of accident in all possible ways and implications. We consider the same as an important element in our construction process and the direct responsibility of our Projects Management Team.
Al Ula Group assures that projects will be carried out with high degree of safety to attain this objective. Our projects management will strive to provide a safe and healthy environment that is free from recognized potential hazards and will maintain its facilities and equipment at maximum safe operating standards.
The company safety program provides specific direction related to the anticipated hazards and sound advices to achieve the maximum safe and healthy work environment. We also address some of the administrative methods that we have established in line with all standards relevant to our clients requirements.
